In these Terms, "dhk33", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the company operating the dhk33.cam platform. "User", "you" and "your" refer to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"Platform" refers to the dhk33.cam website and all services, applications, and content connected to it. "Gaming Services" includes all forms of online gaming offered on the platform, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, and virtual games.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

The approved payment methods for transactions on dhk33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
• The welcome bonus applies only once and at the time of the first deposit only.

General Bonus Rules:

• The maximum bet limit per game from a bonus balance may be set separately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• In cases of bonus abuse (multiple accounts, account sharing, false information), the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

The dhk33 VIP program is divided into four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum tier: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP tier changes depend on regular gaming activity and the platform's internal evaluation. VIP benefits may be changed at dhk33's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhk33 platform to ensure fair and honest gaming:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any program.
• Collaborative cheating or conspiring with other players.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits.
• Exploiting platform technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.

If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately and permanently closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

dhk33 offers betting on various sports including cricket and American football. The following terms apply to sports betting:

• Bets are accepted before any event begins or in accordance with live betting rules.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except under applicable rules.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to dhk33's defined policy.
• dhk33 reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of clearly incorrect odds or technical errors.
• Betting limits are set by dhk33 and are subject to change.

Betting on all international sporting events including BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, and FIFA will be settled following the rules of the relevant competition.

dhk33 places the highest importance on responsible gaming practices. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• Users may voluntarily set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• Self-exclusion is available for users experiencing gaming-related problems.
• Our support team is available 24/7 to provide guidance on responsible gaming.
• It is prohibited to assist minors in creating accounts or to allow them to use the platform.

dhk33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. After account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with prevailing policy.

All content on the dhk33 platform — logos, brand names, graphics, software, designs, and materials — is exclusively owned by dhk33 or properly licensed. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform.
• Using the brand name or logo without permission.
• Decompiling or reverse-engineering the platform's source code or software.
• Creating any website or app that imitates the platform.

Game software is owned by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, etc.) and operated under their licenses.

dhk33 will not bear responsibility for the following:

• A gaming session being interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment gateways or banking services.

• Service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives).

Regardless of the amount of loss, dhk33's total liability will be limited to an amount equal to the actual balance available in the user's account at the time.

2. Step 2: The support team will review the complaint within 72 hours.
3. Step 3: Where necessary, the management authority will make a final decision.

The decision of dhk33's management board will be considered final and binding. In disputes regarding game results, server log records will be treated as conclusive evidence.

dhk33 reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered full acceptance of the new Terms by the user.
